DSMI Electronics SA (DSMI) acquires Precicontact SA assets

Precicontact SA has entered into an agreement with DSMI Electronics SA .

After 26 years of operations, the volume of the business dropped substantially in the last years. Without sufficient new products allowing us to recover volume and added value, we decided to cease our operations by the end of February 2004.

All orders in the current backlog will be produced and delivered by Precicontact SA.

Acquiring our manufacturing equipment, processes and stocks, DSMI is able to provide you the Precicontact products or an alternative of their own current production.

We thank you for your support and fidelity in all those years and strongly recommend you to enter into a partnership with DSMI for your future IC sockets needs.
